Walt is a seasoned executive coach with over 25 years of leadership and Human Resources experience across diverse industries, including consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation. With a strong foundation built in senior roles at organizations such as General Motors of Canada, Bombardier, and Sleeman Breweries, he brings a strategic and results-driven approach to coaching. Walt holds a BA from the University of Windsor and an MBA from City University in Seattle, equipping him with both the academic and practical expertise to support today’s leaders.
Walt works with mid- and senior-level managers, high potentials, entrepreneurs, and executives to develop key leadership competencies. His coaching focuses on enhancing strategic thinking, influence and power, motivating teams, managing across cultures, and strengthening relationship management. He is especially skilled at helping leaders coach their direct reports, manage high-performing teams, and align their leadership style with organizational objectives. Lisa Pierosara
Executive Coach
Lisa is a seasoned executive coach with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders—from managers to SVPs, executive directors, new executives, and C-suite leaders—unlock their full potential. Her coaching focuses on core leadership competencies such as influence, power dynamics, self-motivation, coaching direct reports, and relationship management. Drawing on a strong foundation in corporate branding and communications, Lisa uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach to support leaders in expanding their impact and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Certified as a PCC through the International Coaching Federation, a Reddin Global Effectiveness Coach, and The Leadership Circle™ 360 facilitator, Lisa brings deep cross-sector experience. She has worked with leaders in industries including banking, education, government, healthcare, law, insurance, police and fire services, tech, telecom, and retail. Roger Eacock is an Executive Career Coach with decades of senior leadership experience across industries including Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Food, MedTech, Sustainability, Government, and more. He works with C-Suite leaders, executives, senior managers, and high-potential talent, bringing real-world perspective from having guided organizations through transformation, crisis, and growth. His deep sector knowledge—from consumer products and apparel to cleantech, transportation, and pharmaceuticals—enables him to quickly understand client contexts and provide relevant, actionable insight.
Roger’s coaching focuses on executive career transitions and positioning, leadership development, succession planning, and board readiness. He also supports clients in strengthening C-suite performance, leading with values-driven strategy, and advancing sustainability leadership. Tim Arnill is an experienced Executive and passionate about finding ways to positively impact the work environments of clients and customers each and every day. With more than 30 years of experience in senior Human Resources and General Management roles across many industries, Tim is energized by working with individuals, teams and organizations who are looking to tackle the “tough stuff”. As CEO, Tim oversees all aspects of Verity’s business, while also working as an Executive Coach and Advisor of HR Practice and Strategy.
When he’s not in the office, Tim loves to cycle, ski, read and spend time with his kids. His favourite place on earth is being by the water on Manitoulin Island, where the world stops and he can enjoy time with his family and friends.

Christine Miners is an experienced talent management expert and passionate about making an impact with her customers through keeping it simple, tangible and practical. With more than 20 years experience leading talent management functions, Christine is energized by working with individual leaders, teams and organizations to broaden their perspective and translate new thinking to actions and plans that work. As Managing Director, Christine oversees all aspects of Verity’s leadership, coaching and talent management services.
When she’s not in the office, Christine loves to run, ski, read and cook with her children. Her favourite place on earth is at the cottage surrounded by family and friends.

Managing Director, Career Transition
Rose Minichiello is a career management expert with more than 30 years experience supporting organizations during large scale restructurings, working with leaders to help facilitate change and partnering with executives in transition. Rose has a fundamental commitment to delivering service excellence to corporations and individuals going through change. Rose brings to Verity a broad base of knowledge in developing client relationships, and planning and managing organizational initiatives. As Managing Director, Rose oversees all aspects of Verity’s career transition practice.
When she’s not in the office, Rose loves to plant new flowers in her gardens, read legal thrillers, play euchre and then rebalance with yoga. Her favourite place on earth is her kitchen where she loves to cook and bake for her large assortment of family and friends.
BOB TUNE
CFO
Bob is an experienced professional in finance, operations and corporate affairs. He has spent over four decades with small to medium-sized organizations in executive roles as a CFO, COO and General Manger. He is passionate about making an impact on the general operations and financial performance of organizations. While his expertise is in delivering tangible results, he is also keenly aware of the human side of business, in what is a constantly changing environment.
When not in the office, Bob is an avid curler, playing up to four times a week. He likes to swing a golf club in the summer and will often say his results in the business side of his life are much better. Bob’s ideal clients require him to spend time in the wilderness of Rainy Lake or the subdued beaches of Siesta Key.
