Tim Arnill
Tim Arnill is an experienced Executive and passionate about finding ways to positively impact the work environments of clients and customers each and every day. With more than 30 years of experience in senior Human Resources and General Management roles across many industries, Tim is energized by working with individuals, teams and organizations who are looking to tackle the “tough stuff”. As CEO, Tim oversees all aspects of Verity’s business, while also working as an Executive Coach and Advisor of HR Practice and Strategy.
When he’s not in the office, Tim loves to cycle, ski, read and spend time with his kids. His favourite place on earth is being by the water on Manitoulin Island, where the world stops and he can enjoy time with his family and friends.

Christine Miners
Christine Miners is an experienced talent management expert and passionate about making an impact with her customers through keeping it simple, tangible and practical. With more than 20 years experience leading talent management functions, Christine is energized by working with individual leaders, teams and organizations to broaden their perspective and translate new thinking to actions and plans that work. As Managing Director, Christine oversees all aspects of Verity’s leadership, coaching and talent management services.
When she’s not in the office, Christine loves to run, ski, read and cook with her children. Her favourite place on earth is at the cottage surrounded by family and friends.

Rose Minichiello
Rose Minichiello is a career management expert with more than 30 years experience supporting organizations during large scale restructurings, working with leaders to help facilitate change and partnering with executives in transition. Rose has a fundamental commitment to delivering service excellence to corporations and individuals going through change. Rose brings to Verity a broad base of knowledge in developing client relationships, and planning and managing organizational initiatives. As Managing Director, Rose oversees all aspects of Verity’s career transition practice.
When she’s not in the office, Rose loves to plant new flowers in her gardens, read legal thrillers, play euchre and then rebalance with yoga. Her favourite place on earth is her kitchen where she loves to cook and bake for her large assortment of family and friends.

Bob Tune
Bob is an experienced professional in finance, operations and corporate affairs. He has spent over four decades with small to medium-sized organizations in executive roles as a CFO, COO and General Manger. He is passionate about making an impact on the general operations and financial performance of organizations. While his expertise is in delivering tangible results, he is also keenly aware of the human side of business, in what is a constantly changing environment.
When not in the office, Bob is an avid curler, playing up to four times a week. He likes to swing a golf club in the summer and will often say his results in the business side of his life are much better. Bob’s ideal clients require him to spend time in the wilderness of Rainy Lake or the subdued beaches of Siesta Key.

Sarah Skyvington
Sarah is an experienced talent management specialist who works closely with leaders to create talent strategies that support business results. Prior to her work at Verity, Sarah led a team of talent specialists at a large financial institution tasked with designing a development approach for senior executives, and also worked to redesign the organization’s approach to succession management.
She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She is certified in numerous assessments, including the Hogan Suite, Birkman Method and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360. As Principal Consultant, she specializes in a number of areas including talent strategy, assessment, succession management and organizational development.
When she’s not working, Sarah can be found playing with her young daughter, reading, and catching up on the latest true crime documentary.
