Jeff provides career coaching services to Verity clients who are in transition. He also works with organizations that are planning and/or implementing their workforce strategies.
Prior to joining Verity, Jeff enjoyed a long and successful career with TD Bank Group where he held various leadership positions, both in the business and Human Resources.
In 2001, Jeff was appointed Associate Vice President, Retail Bank, where he led all HR activities for the TD Canada integration in Western Canada. Since then he has held several HR Executive roles supporting both front office and back office groups, until his most recent appointment to Vice President Human Resources, Direct Channels and Distribution Strategy, where he remained until joining Verity.
Jeff is known for being customer focused and building strong relationships, by acting as trusted advisor both to individuals and businesses. He is passionate about coaching others to help them unlock their potential and fulfill their individual dreams. Jeff believes in continuous learning and has been responsible for the successful implementation of various leadership and coaching/development programs throughout his career.
He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation.
