Colleen Fleming is a trusted advisor to executives, leadership teams and boards.

A respected leader in the Canadian private and nonprofit sectors, Colleen has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries, management consulting and the nonprofit sector. She is widely recognized for her strategic and visionary leadership experience, her approach to governance and of course her passion for supporting organizations and individuals to achieve their business and personal objectives.

Colleen thrives on bringing her disciplined leadership approach and experience to any consulting engagement.

Through her extended career she has held the positions of CEO of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, President and CEO of the Career Edge Organization, President of Laura Secord, Senior Vice President of Nestle Canada, and Director, Retail Canadian and USA operations of Tabi International.

Colleen is active in the community. She was recently appointed Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of Seneca College and is a Director on the Human Resources Professional Association Board. Her selective past board appointments include Chair of Retail Council of Canada, Director of Van Houtte Inc, Director of Bridgepoint Hospital Foundation, and Director of Safe Communities.

Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, and a Human Resources Specialist Certificate from the University of Toronto. In 2009, Ms. Fleming obtained her Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation and in 2010 the Human Resources Compensation Committee Certified (HRCCC) designation from Directors College, a joint venture of McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.
