Verity International Limited held its Q1 Corporate Briefing Series event on March 4th, 2008 at the Board of Trade in Toronto:

Growing and developing the next generation of leaders

With a focus on developing and retaining your future leaders, the most at risk corporate “assets” you have in today's economy.

Two areas of focus were explored:

  • Leadership development plans currently being used to accommodate rapidly changing business strategy and the expectations of Gen X’s and Millennials.
  • What organizations from the Technology, Industrial, Financial and Retail sectors are doing to mentor and actively retain up-and-coming leaders.

Close to 100 attendees joined us for a panel discussion from some of Canada's top companies.
