Elizabeth Stevenson Elizabeth Stevenson works with leaders and corporate customers to facilitate change and with individual executive clients in transition. She uses her national and international consulting experience to lead each of Verity’s three practice areas: Executive Advisory Services, Career Management & Transition and Talent & Organizational Consulting. Prior to joining Verity, Elizabeth operated her own human resources consulting firm in Calgary, where she partnered with organizations to lead change through people. Prior to that, Elizabeth was a Managing Director with Knightsbridge Human Capital Management and a Partner with KPMG, where she had profit and loss responsibility for her business units. Her business acumen, leadership experience, career coaching and leadership development expertise provide invaluable, personalized insights and guidance to Verity’s senior executive clients. She has also worked extensively with a wide variety of organizations in both the private and public sectors to strategize, plan, implement and measure the success of large-scale organizational restructuring projects. These include mergers & acquisitions, downsizing, and other change projects. Elizabeth also has considerable experience working with organizations to align their business goals and human resources strategy. She has assisted clients in designing, implementing and measuring the success of change management education and training programs, selection and assessment models, performance measurement systems and compensation strategies. Elizabeth’s expertise has garnered widespread media attention from organizations such as CBC, CTV, TV Ontario and others. Elizabeth earned an undergraduate degree in Administrative and Policy Studies from Trent University as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree and an Advanced Management Graduation Diploma from Athabasca University. She is also a certified Change Management Specialist and a Chartered Financial Planner. |
