Diane Locke enjoys working with leaders and seeing them succeed. An experienced Organizational Effectiveness professional and Psychometrist, Diane works with Verity’s senior level transition and selection clients to create in-depth psychological assessments, career profiles and development plans.
Diane has an extensive background in talent and leadership assessment, executive coaching, career counselling, leadership development and workshop facilitation. She has delivered training and consulting services to a broad range of organizations in the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Verity, Diane created and led the Leadership Effectiveness department at American Express and was a Management Development Specialist at Scotiabank. She has also provided leadership coaching and development expertise using 360-degree feedback and assessment tools for organizations such as the Bank of Montreal, American Express, the TSX, and Sobeys. In addition, she has designed and delivered leadership training workshops for companies in consumer products, financial services, retail and other sectors.
Her assessment experience includes interpreting assessment instruments and conducting behavioural interviews to help a wide variety of organizations make appropriate hiring decisions to reduce management turnover.
Diane earned her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfred Laurier University. She is active in professional Human Resource associations and a frequent speaker and facilitator at conferences.
