Mireille Landry, MBA

Mireille Landry has a passion for helping people and organizations to succeed. She combines her extensive business consulting, human resources, and project management expertise to develop customized solutions for Verity’s customers – solutions that unlock the potential in their people.

A dynamic leader and change agent, Mireille has considerable experience in organizational change projects, as well as mentoring and leadership development programs. Her success is directly tied to her ability to identify and understand organizational challenges, creating and implementing solutions that deliver results.

Prior to joining Verity, Mireille was Director of Sales for Bell Canada, where she had profit and loss responsibility for large Bell Enterprise accounts. Her strategic planning, leadership and mentoring skills guided a large employee team to meet performance targets and achieve significant customer satisfaction improvement.

At IBM Canada, Mireille was a Sales Manager for the Systems and Business Continuity and Recovery Services unit. In addition to leading business development across North America, she was instrumental in leading a major culture change initiative. Mireille led IBM’s systems group sales team for the eServers IBM line of business, targeted at small and medium-size businesses. Prior to that, she spent four years as SMB national sales manager for global services, leading a team of sales professionals specializing in IBM services. Mireille gained considerable experience in organizational change and leadership when she served as the Canadian leader in a North American alignment of call center operations, including major employee relocation projects and achieving ISO 9000 registrations for the site.

Mireille completed a Project Management Certificate at the University of Toronto. She has also earned an Executive MBA degree from Queen’s University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Montreal (HEC). Fluently bilingual, Mireille has also completed professional training in Managing Diversity, Leading a Winning Team, Teaming and Trust, Customer Service, Project Management and Leadership Development.

Mireille was a member of the Board of Directors, Canadian Community Living Foundation and has been an active volunteer and fundraiser for a wide variety of charitable and non-profit organizations. Mireille is also a member of the Strategic Capability Network and the HRPA – York Chapter and facilitates regular career transition group meetings.
