Janice Joustra Janice has over 12 years of experience in consulting and has worked with clients all across the GTA. With a strong background in career coaching, Janice is dedicated to ensuring that clients achieve their personal career goals. Prior to consulting, Janice worked at the Schulich School of Business at York University assisting MBA students seeking international work-term placements. In addition to coaching students, she traveled throughout Europe and met with senior executives to bolster corporate partnerships. Janice has also provided career coaching and career exploration workshops to staff at the City of Toronto. During her time there, she had a unique opportunity to lead the first-ever redeployment program for the technical staff. Janice also has considerable experience in human resources and administration in a variety of industries, such as retail, financial services and education. Furthermore, she has experience using and interpreting a variety of assessment instruments, including Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Emotional Quotient Inventory and the Strong Interest Inventory. Janice earned a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at York University and has a Masters of Education degree (Workplace Learning and Change) from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. |
