Tiffany Goodlet
Vice President, Business Development

Tiffany Goodlet leads the sales and marketing efforts of Verity. She consults with her customers to develop customized people solutions that drive their business.

An experienced business consultant, Tiffany has spent over 17 years collaborating with customers across a variety of corporate sectors. This experience helps her to identify and understand organizational challenges, and to develop integrated people solutions designed to deliver results. She has particular expertise in executive-level talent development, retention and transition strategies, as well as major organizational change projects. 

Before joining Verity, she was Senior Consultant with Hewitt Associates in its Talent and Organization Consulting Practice. She worked with Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Canada to improve the effectiveness of large Human Resources organizations, as well as specific functional areas within these groups. Prior to Hewitt, she was a Vice President with DBM Canada Inc. where she guided customers through restructuring projects, as well as change and transition management projects.

She has held senior sales and consulting positions with major information technology companies such as ADP Canada, a leading provider of integrated business administrative solutions, and Dell Computer Corporation.

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Philosophy) at Trent University in Peterborough, and has completed a number of advanced Human Resources programs through the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO).

She is on the leadership committee of the Strategic Capability Network, and is a member of the Toronto Board of Trade and the Women’s Executive Network.
