Senior Advisor

Sandra Fowler is a Senior Advisor with Verity’s Executive Practice, specializing in providing counsel and advice to C-Suite executives in transition.

She has brought a proven track record of successfully working with the most senior leaders in Toronto to Verity International. Sandra has an in-depth understanding of the roles, goals and career aspirations of Senior Executives, based on working closely with CEOs and other senior leaders for over 25 years. Her clients represent a variety of disciplines both nationally and internationally, and her industry expertise spans several sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, communications, information technology and consumer products.

Prior to joining Verity, Sandra established the Premier Senior Executive Practice for Drake Beam Morin and served as Senior Advisor to a roster of executive clients in transition. Sandra moved to the career transition industry, from the search community, where she was an Executive Consultant and Partner with three prominent global executive search firms, where she established an international reputation and network of relationships that add significant value to executive clients in transition.

Sandra was Vice President, Executive Search for A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm; Vice President and Equity Partner with Boyden International, one of the world’s largest executive search firms; and Vice President and Partner, The Caldwell Partners International. She was also Founding Partner of Fowler & Company, a Toronto-based search firm serving mid market organizations.

Sandra’s expertise and leadership abilities have been sought by a number of charitable and secular not-for-profit organizations. She has served on a number of Advisory Boards and was a member of the Canada-U.S. Business Association and the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Toronto, Chamber of Commerce and the Empire Club. In 1990, she was honoured into the "Academy of Women Achievers" of the YWCA of New York City. Sandra joined the Cabinet for the United Way of Metropolitan Toronto and was formerly the Chairperson for the New Business Division.
