Tim Arnill leads all aspects of Verity’s business. In addition to his general management duties, Tim provides our executive-level clients with coaching, leadership development and management strategy solutions.

His executive experience in the technology, packaged goods and manufacturing sectors has cultivated a strong business orientation and has developed proven strategic planning expertise necessary to create and implement results-oriented human resource strategies.

He led the recruitment and development of the executive team into one of the strongest in the Americas Division. Dell Canada quadrupled in size within five years and became recognized as one of the corporation’s leading international business units.

Previously, as Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Centre for Bell Canada, Tim led organizational change initiatives to transform the business into a broad-based communications company. He also spearheaded the development of leadership teams and human resource strategies for two, new multi-million dollar business units.

During his time at Weston Bakeries Limited, in addition to leadership roles in Human Resources and Labour Relations, Tim held profit and loss responsibility for an operating division of the business. His initiatives included the implementation of a new business model that eliminated unprofitable products, revised pricing strategies and streamlined manufacturing operations.

Tim started his career at General Electric Canada in their global Human Resources development program.  During his time with GE, he supported business across a variety of industry sectors including consumer goods, manufacturing and technology.
