Lee Anderson

Lee is an Associate Consultant affiliated with Verity, partnering with clients from Kitchener-Waterloo through London to Windsor and Sarnia.

Lee is an Organizational Effectiveness/HR consultant for small to medium sized businesses.  Prior to this she was an HR executive, mainly in financial services (retail banking, insurance and professional services), across Canada.  She has particular interests in mentoring as well as individual career management.

She is an active member of The Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario, the Human Resources Professionals of London and District and the Strategic Capability Network.  She was an initial contributor to the London Economic Development Corporation and HRPLD’s joint project, “Experience Works”, focused on marketing the benefits of hiring mature employees. Lee is a facilitator for The London Rowing Club’s corporate Blade team-building program and a volunteer for Braz for the Cause.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (French and Sociology) and Queen’s Executive HR program Lee is also a certified practitioner for the Pathfinder Career Assessment.
